About My Clients

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware but feel stuck repeating patterns they can’t seem to change. They’re looking for a supportive space to better understand themselves and move toward healing and growth.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and integrative. I believe many of the struggles we experience today began as intelligent adaptations to earlier experiences. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I take a holistic and dynamic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotions. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, and yoga-informed principles to help clients understand the different “parts” of themselves that may be protecting, striving, avoiding, or self-criticizing. Therapy with me may include reflective conversation, insight-oriented exploration, and experiential practices that support nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, authentic, and supported as you reconnect with yourself beyond old patterns and survival roles.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, safe, and understood. Many of the patterns we struggle with today developed as ways to survive earlier experiences. Rather than viewing these patterns as flaws, I see them as intelligent adaptations that deserve compassion and curiosity. I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and authentic. Clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore your experiences, gain deeper self-understanding, and reconnect with your authentic self. I also believe healing involves the whole person. Our minds, bodies, relationships, and environments are all connected. When we slow down, listen to ourselves with compassion, and create space for our experiences, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
