About My Clients
My passion is working with children and teens who are dealing with difficult life issues and situations. ++ I hope that together we will find a way to overcome any difficulties and develop coping skills for the future. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and strength based. I focus on you as an individual with a unique set of experiences that make you-YOU. I will utilize methods and techniques that seem best suited for you and how you would like to achieve your goals.
My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s Degree from Antioch University Seattle in 2017 and completed a clinical internship at Renton Area Youth and Family Services. During internship I worked with a wide range of individuals, couples, and families, but soon realized my passion was working with teenagers. The approaches I integrate in therapy are: Family systems theory, Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Emotional focus therapy (EFT) and behavioral modifications.
