About My Clients
My clients include children, teens, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood instability, trauma-related stress, and insomnia. I also support individuals who are seeking diagnostic clarification, medication management, or ongoing psychiatric care. Many of my clients are students, professionals, and families looking for accessible telehealth or in-person psychiatric support in Massachusetts.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing care for children, adolescents, and adults across Massachusetts. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, insomnia, and gender-related mental health concerns. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and evidence-based. I aim to meet clients where they are and provide thoughtful, individualized care that respects their lived experience and identity. I combine medication management with education and supportive guidance, ensuring clients feel informed and actively involved in their treatment decisions. My goal is to create a safe and affirming environment where healing and growth can take place.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health care works best when it is built on trust, respect, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. I also believe that treatment should be personalized—there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, cooking, learning, and engaging in activities that help me recharge and stay grounded.
