About My Clients
My clients are queer, trans, nonbinary, kinky, polyamorous, sex-working, and everything in between—and they don’t want to spend their therapy sessions explaining their identities or justifying their relationships. My Background and Approach
As a queer-identified therapist, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from several evidence-based modalities to meet your unique needs and goals. Primarily, I work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These frameworks help us explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact—while building skills to navigate life more effectively, reduce suffering, and connect with what matters most to you. I believe healing happens when we balance insight with action. Together, we’ll work on understanding your patterns, increasing emotional flexibility, and developing practical tools for self-regulation, communication, and self-compassion. Therapy is a collaborative space, and I bring warmth, directness, and respect for your autonomy into every session.
