About My Clients
I specialize in helping people navigate life's "messy middle," the times in our life when roles, relationships, and plans are shifting. I work with emerging adults finding their footing in adulthood, parents balancing the needs of their children and aging family members, and adults adjusting to empty nest, divorce, loss, or other major life transitions. Together, we can make sense of what's changing and help you feel more grounded.
My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, practical, stregnths-based approach to therapy. Together, we'll slow things down, sort through what feels overwhelming, identify what is within your control, and develop strategies that fit your real life. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with a greater sense of direction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve a place where they don’t have to perform, explain away their feelings, or pretend they have it all together. I value honesty, humor, curiosity, compassion, and the freedom to figure things out without judgment. I don’t believe growth means becoming a completely different person; often it means understanding yourself better, trusting yourself more, and letting go of the idea that you have to do life perfectly. I’m comfortable with the messy parts of life—the uncertainty, the contradictions, the seasons when you’re doing your best and still feel stuck. I welcome clients with a wide range of identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences. I see therapy as a collaborative space where you get to be fully human. Outside of therapy, I’m a big believer in family, good coffee, and not taking ourselves too seriously.
