About My Clients

You might wonder why you often feel anxious, uneasy, or discontent in certain situations. Why you respond or react to others or life events in the ways you do. Many of these feelings and reactions are related to trauma and/or body memories. These are the ways that we learn to keep ourselves safe, to survive. Together we can find new ways of responding to your emotions and the events of your life so you can build the life you want to live.
