My Background and Approach
While I'm a Somatic-based therapist, I integrate a Jungian lens, IFS & expressive arts, along with talk-therapy. I also offer myself as both a professional + a person & keep it real about the dominant over-culture we all live in.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My main Belief is: You are already whole (yes, even right now, as you're reading this) -- let's remember who you really are, together. My main Interests outside of the therapy room include: bookworming + writing, fashion/thrifting/sewing, nature walks when I can't roadtrip & roadtripping whenever I can.
