About My Clients

I specialize in EMDR therapy for individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and life transitions - including neurodivergent clients, autistic, ADHD, and otherwise atypical thinkers. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming: I don't view neurodivergent traits as deficits to correct, but as differences to understand and work with. Whether you're autistic, ADHD, or simply looking for a therapist who won't pathologize how your mind works, I tailor EMDR and complementary approaches to fit how you process

My Background and Approach

I specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety, and difficult life transitions. I work with a wide range of clients - neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD, and otherwise atypical thinkers) and neurotypical alike - and tailor my approach to how each person actually processes, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. My work is neurodiversity-affirming at its core: I don't treat neurodivergent traits as deficits to correct, but as natural variations to understand and work with. That same attentiveness - curiosity over assumption, individualized care over generic protocols - shapes how I work very client, whatever their neurotype.
