I work with cycle breakers, first-gen professionals, adult family systems, and people exploring identity and healing. My clients are often the strong ones in their families, compassionate, creative, and capable, but inwardly feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. They show up ready to do the work of unlearning, healing, and growing into the next version of themselves, with support.
My Background and Approach
I’m a bilingual, bicultural therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My approach blends systems thinking, psychodynamic insight, and generational healing to help you understand your story, repair relationships, and reconnect with your values. In our work together, you might: – Examine relational patterns shaped by culture, family, or survival – Grieve what was lost and make space for what’s next – Practice emotional regulation and build coping tools – Strengthen your voice and set boundaries with clarity – Work through identity shifts, transitions, or generational tension My style is relational, reflective, and attuned to both context and culture. I believe healing happens when we’re deeply seen, and I’m here to witness, support, and challenge with compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is both personal and political. I offer therapy that welcomes people from different backgrounds and honors the lived experiences of people of color, immigrants, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse individuals, and those carrying generational burdens. Mental health should be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in justice, not stripped of context. I believe therapy is a space to reconnect with your wholeness, not just pathologize your pain. I’m committed to showing up with curiosity, humility, and respect for every person’s truth. Healing isn’t linear, but it’s possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
