I work with women who are navigating stress, trauma, and relationship challenges while trying to manage daily responsibilities. Many feel emotionally drained and disconnected from themselves. My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families in high-stress and trauma-informed settings. I’ve spent much of my career supporting clients through crisis, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm, which has given me a deep understanding of how stress and past experiences impact daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT and ACT, while also integrating a holistic mind-body perspective. I help clients understand their patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and learn how to set boundaries without guilt. In our work together, you can expect a supportive space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and emotionally supported while creating meaningful, lasting change.
