About My Clients
I work with adults and couples who are struggling with the weight of past trauma, anxiety that feels overwhelming, grief that won't let go, or life transitions that leave them feeling lost. Whether you've experienced sexual trauma, are navigating a difficult relationship, or simply feel stuck, I provide a safe and supportive space where healing can begin. My clients often come to me feeling exhausted from carrying their pain alone — and leave feeling empowered, understood, and reconnected to themselves.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of life, loss, and trauma. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to create personalized treatment plans that meet each client where they are. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I also offer couples therapy to help partners strengthen their communication and deepen their connection. As an approved clinical supervisor through the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners, I am committed to advancing the field and mentoring the next generation of therapists. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving.
