About My Clients
You might be here because your relationship isn’t feeling as fulfilling as you’d like. Maybe you and your partner struggle to communicate or feel truly understood. Perhaps you’re navigating challenges around intimacy or sexual concerns, and it’s affecting your confidence or your relationship. There may be patterns related to anxious attachment, perfectionism, ADHD, or other neurodivergent traits that make connection and communication feel more complicated. You’re not alone.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on your lived experience. In couples and sex therapy, I focus on understanding each partner’s perspective while creating space for honest, open dialogue. Together, we explore patterns that may be impacting your connection, deepen intimacy, and build healthier ways of relating. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you, alone or with your partner, can feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what matters most, rebuild connection, and reclaim intimacy, pleasure, and confidence in your sexuality. I specialize and have training in sex therapy, treating couples, people on the autism spectrum, and those with ADHD. I am culturally sensitive and sex-positive, as well as LGBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamy (CNM), and kink-affirming.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a cisgender and multiethnic woman. My father is an immigrant from Ecuador, and my mother grew up in Los Angeles and is of Irish, English, and French origin. Although I’ve lived in Southern California for most of my life, I lived in Ecuador for a few years in my childhood. I do my best to practice cultural humility by keeping myself informed and educated and maintaining that you are the expert of your life and experiences.
