About My Clients
Life is full of changes and we are constantly learning to adapt. Sometimes these events are wanted and joyful, other times terrifying resulting in trauma, which can lead to lasting physical and psychological effects. Often that can lead to stress, family problems, relationship problems, sleep issues, work issues and cause overall health problems. Working together, you will remain an expert in you and I will be your guide to understand and overcome life events.
My Background and Approach
I am a clinical social worker trained as a trauma certified specialist and maternal mental health professional. It will be our goal to redirect focus from what is “wrong” to what has happened. Also to continue to build on your experiences, increase awareness and create tools to reach your life goals. By utilizing an empowering holistic approach we can establish realistic goals and focus on methods to continually improve your overall quality of life.
