I bring diverse training in trauma-informed care, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, parts work, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My approach blends traditional talk therapy with mind-body techniques and innovative treatments to meet you where you are. Together we will create a personalized, integrative plan that honors your unique story, culture, and goals. Whether working through trauma, burnout, or stuckness, I offer a compassionate, grounded space to explore, heal, and grow. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming and deeply relational, supporting high-achievers and deep feelers who seek lasting transformation and meaning.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship — with yourself, with others, and in the space we co-create in therapy. I don’t see you as broken or in need of fixing, but as someone who’s developed wise ways of surviving. My role is to help you understand those patterns with compassion, so you can move toward greater freedom and authenticity. I honor the mind-body connection, the role of culture and identity in mental health, and the power of altered states (like with KAP) to access deeper layers of healing. I trust your inner wisdom and walk alongside you as you reconnect with it.
