My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that is trained as an Emotionally Focused Therapist. I believe in the work of attachment. That approach helps clients learn how to be vulnerable, open to sharing the truth of who they are and willing to let their partner learn to meet their love needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that life is for the living and love is for the giving. Sounds cliche, I know. But how many of us are really living the lives they truly want with the love they truly deserve? Life is too short to not enjoy the goodness that it brings. I love to help people figure out how to get to the "sweet spot" of living a life filled with love.
