About My Clients
I have a passion for helping others become the best version of themselves. I work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, suicidal ideations, and substance abuse. I have also worked with people suffering from all kinds of abuse and have helped them work through the trauma they have experienced. All of these problems can be difficult. I welcome the opportunity to help you get the tools you need to overcome them.

My approach is client centered, tailoring our treatment plan to your needs and your specific life circumstance. I will meet you where you are, and through listening and compassionate responses, help you navigate the challenges that you face. I will help you learn and develop the tools you need to work through the problems that you face. My goal is to leave you with the skills needed to improve your life and find the internal strength to move forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My counseling style is respectful and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I have a strong belief in equality for all human beings and I work to help all of my clients learn to accept and love themselves for who they are.
