About My Clients
work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or navigating major life changes. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or high achievers who appear to have everything together on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down on the inside. Whether you're working through past experiences, relationship challenges, or everyday stress, therapy can help you gain clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and my Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University. My experience includes supporting adults in healthcare and outpatient settings with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies while recognizing that every person's story is unique. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and challenged in ways that promote growth. Together, we'll identify patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen healthy coping skills, and build practical strategies you can use outside of therapy. My goal is not only to help you feel better but to help you create lasting change that supports the life you want to live.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. My practice is grounded in creating a welcoming, inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds feel heard and valued. I respect each person's unique experiences, identities, beliefs, and life story, and I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive, nonjudgmental, and centered on your goals. I value authenticity, lifelong learning, and the belief that meaningful growth is possible at every stage of life.
