About My Clients
You might be someone who generally has things together. You’re responsible, capable, and used to handling things on your own, but internally it feels harder than it looks. Anxiety, OCD, health concerns, or stress may be taking up more space in your life than you’d like. I work with children, teens, and adults who want to understand what’s happening internally and respond differently. Together, we work on changing how you relate to your thoughts and urges so they have less power over you.
My Background and Approach
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll work to understand what’s keeping you stuck while building concrete, evidence-based tools to help you respond differently and reduce anxiety’s impact on your daily life. My therapy style is warm, validating, and conversational, creating a space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment. I believe in helping you recognize your strengths and take an active role in creating meaningful, lasting change.
