About My Clients

I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them heal from trauma, improve communication, and navigate life transitions. My clients often seek support in overcoming emotional pain, strengthening relationships, or gaining clarity through difficult times. I specialize in working with those looking to build healthier, more fulfilling connections and find solutions that align with their values and goals. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for self-exploration.

My Background and Approach

I have Master’s in Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor’s in Family and Human Development, and a Psychology minor. My training includes Brainspotting Therapy (trauma-focused), Prepare Enrich Assessments (couple-focused), and infidelity disclosures. I have experience working with people of all ages, from children to adults, addressing a range of issues such as trauma, communication struggles, and relationship dynamics. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs. Building a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship is central to my work, as I believe trust and open communication are key to healing and growth. Whether you are working through a trauma, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply looking to improve communication, I am committed to supporting you on your journey to emotional wellness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of authentic human connection. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and struggles without fear of criticism. I see therapy as a partnership, where we work together to uncover insights and foster growth. Healing is not a linear process, and I understand that each person’s journey is unique. My core belief is that everyone has the capacity to heal, and by fostering self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier relationship patterns, lasting change is possible. I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and an open mind, allowing space for clients to find their own solutions while offering guidance and tools that align with their goals. I’m committed to walking alongside my clients in their process, empowering them to reclaim their strength and make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
