About My Clients
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, bipolar, child development, teens, and maternal mental health. At Zeeva Behavioral Health, we welcome and love diversity! We strongly support people of color, minorities, LGBTQ+ clients, as well as disabled individuals. Our clients gain so much from our personalized approach, where we draw from both traditional and cutting-edge therapies.
My Background and Approach
I have started Zeeva Behavioral Health, to fill the need that is missing in our mental health care system. We have a nonprofit, with a mission to increase accessibility of quality and personalized mental health care, servicing marginalized communities, with diverse therapists who get it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I take an active stance against all forms of racism, hatred, or inequality. I speak openly about the negative stigma of "mental illness", and the importance of normalizing self-care, mental wellbeing, and personal development. We all struggle at times, and it is those who have the insight and desire to change that are truly the most incredible.
