About My Clients
Sometimes we go through life challenges such as a new job, divorce, new baby, trauma and other life stressors that can cause us to have symptoms of anxiety or depression. Through individual therapy, I am here to help you with life’s everyday challenges. When you have sessions with me, we will discuss what your goals are for yourself. In addition to that, I will teach you techniques to cope with your symptoms, help you find clarity in those areas of your life and encourage your personal growth.
My Background and Approach
When you have therapy sessions with me know that I am just a guide. You are the expert in your life and you are setting the goals for yourself. If you are suffering from anxiety and/or depression symptoms, I will help you by teaching you some skills that will help to alleviate those particular symptoms, this could be mindfulness skills, doing some type of activity or challenging those negative thoughts. My overall goal is for you to have a few skills under your belt so that when you have symptoms of anxiety and depression, you recognize it right away and you know what tools will help to decrease your symptoms and get you feeling better about yourself.
