I have worked in various environments such as schools, residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. My counseling specialties include but are not limited to: anxiety, relationships, PTSD, parenting skills, career counseling, anger management, and financial budgeting coaching.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them identify and address the difficult issues that are standing in the way of the strong, loving relationships they desire. I strive to help all clients establish positive communication skills and stronger relationships. I provide a safe and supportive environment where they can explore and address feelings of hurt or anger and develop goals that will move them toward healing and reconnection. My goal as a therapist is to assist you in developing achievable goals, coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and alleviating symptoms related to life’s social and emotional challenges. Together we will create a treatment plan which will meet your social and emotional needs. My approach is direct, structured, client-centered, and therapeutic. Sometimes a neutral person is needed to help you explore your thoughts and feeling. I am here to listen.
