About My Clients
testYou may look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck on the inside. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, a major life transition, low self-esteem, or persistent stress, therapy can help you better understand yourself, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling in relationships, or simply not feeling like yourself, therapy can be a space to better understand what's going on and move toward meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and everyday stressors. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward goals that matter most to you. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and licensed in New York. For clients who prefer in-person sessions, my certified therapy dog, Rosie, is present to provide comfort and support. I also offer exposure therapy for individuals looking to reduce their fear of dogs. My goal is to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has strengths, even when they don't feel that way themselves. Therapy isn't about being told what to do... it's about having a supportive space to better understand yourself, explore what's keeping you stuck, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. I value curiosity, authenticity, and collaboration, and I strive to meet each client with empathy, respect, and without judgment. Outside of the therapy room, I'm an animal lover and my certified therapy dog, Rosie, is part of my in-person practice. She often helps create a calm, welcoming environment and can also be incorporated into exposure therapy for clients working to overcome a fear of dogs.
