As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions with individual adults, couples, and families. My work is grounded in the belief that we are all capable of having meaningful and satisfying lives. The journey of personal growth and the creation of satisfying and meaningful interpersonal relationships is guided through my approach of working in a partnership of trust with my clients. By using an integrated approach that combines evidence-based interventions and traditional methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal Relational Therapy, Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Client Centered Approach, I help clients become more self-reliant and improve their quality of life.
