About My Clients
I use a person-centered approach and see each client as an individual and tailor treatment as such. I specialize in treating those with anxiety issues, and those going through various life transitions and relationship issues. I work with individuals and families going through their adoption journey, whether it be prospective or currents adoptive parents, birth parents and adoptees.
My Background and Approach
I tailor treatment to each individual, however I find that most people with anxiety benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have been Trained in Trauma Focused-CBT and use an integrative approach to mental health. I am a certified in Clinical Hypnotherapy and use various relaxation techniques and methods in my practice.
