He has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family conflict, career challenges, relationship issues, lack of motivation and trauma. Adan Montalvo's counseling style is warm and interactive. He believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and doesn't believe in stigmatizing labels. His approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focus therapy. Adan Montalvo will tailor the dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
