I have worked with several couples with communication and trust issues. The work I did was focused on establishing common goals and creating a path to these goals.

I have worked with many clients going through episodes of depression and have used techniques to help clients rethink their situation allowing them to take control of their emotions.

I also have experience working with clients with anxiety and the main focus has been on helping clients develop skills that allow the client to feel relaxed, safe in stressful situations.

I have used motivational interviewing to help clients establish personal goals and to find out how to get past the hinderances that keep them from these goals.

I worked with couples to determine what a healthy relationship Is for that couple and if the relationship continues to make sense for both involved.

CBT helps clients to have a better understanding of the negative thougbts clients have and how it is these thoughts that keep them from functioning on a daily basis.
