My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is simple but not easy, we are going to do some work. First, are you ready to be completely honest with yourself? If you can say “yes” to that question than you may be ready to get clean and sober. If you’re not quite ready to give up alcohol, we can also look at harm reduction in your drinking, there is a solution and there is hope. I’m a prior Army infantryman, a husband, a father, and a man who knows what it takes to rebuild from the ground up. My approach is direct, action-focused, and no-nonsense.
