Do you suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma? Well, good news, you don't have to feel this way! Without any judgment and only with compassion, I want to help you better understand and deal with depression. I can also help you get through the pain and anxieties that you might be feeling. I use ACT, CBT, DBT, and SFBT in my sessions. Reach out to me if you want to know more details, but if you're like 99% of people, you probably don't care about the professional acronyms or names we like to throw around. I'll teach you to develop psychological flexibility, so when things aren't the best you can roll with it, and when things are great you can savor it! My goal is help you to become your own counselor, because if there's anyone that cares the most about your wellbeing and knows you the best, it's YOU! You don't need a life-long/multi-year Counselor!
