About My Clients
Do you suffer from anxiety, depression, and trauma? Well, good news, you don't have to feel this way! Without any judgment and only with compassion, I want to help you better understand and deal with depression. I can also help you get through the pain and anxieties that you might be feeling. You can be in charge of your life! It’s my goal to help you reach your goals, your dreams, and banish your fears and depression.
My Background and Approach
I use ACT, CBT, DBT, and SFBT in my sessions. Reach out to me if you want to know more details, but if you're like 99% of people, you probably don't care about the professional acronyms or names we like to throw around. I'll teach you to develop psychological flexibility, so when things aren't the best you can roll with it, and when things are great you can savor it! My goal is help you to become your own counselor, because if there's anyone that cares the most about your wellbeing and knows you the best, it's YOU! You don't need a life-long/multi-year Counselor!

Our life is like a forest full of wonder with uncharted possibilities if we are open to the adventure, or an ocean with waves that can bring whatever we desire if we pay attention. We can look at our life as our reality that is full of opportunities if we choose. I can show you the path and help you along your journey.
