About My Clients
My clients have been able to develop their own definitions of fulfillment & meaning through my counseling services. My goal is for those who I counsel to unlock their unique capabilities & strengths in all the areas of life that are important to them. Encouraging your success and then witnessing the positive results truly brings me great joy. My specialties include assisting the LGBTQ+ population, workers in the Denver startup scene (work-related stress), & those trying to escape past behaviors.
My Background and Approach
I began my journey providing psychotherapy in Los Angeles, CA & decided to trade in beaches & the endless Summer for green spaces, mountains, & clearly defined seasons (AKA Denver, CO). I received my Bachelor’s in Science of Social Work at Bowling Green State University & obtained my Master’s of Social Work, with a special focus on mental health, at the University of Southern California. I have trained on LGBTQ-related issues as well as using transparency/candor in the workplace. Collaboration is key. In essence, the more you share, and the more time you invest, the more I can assist by utilizing my knowledge and training to help you in building the life circumstances that you desire.
