About My Clients
I enjoy working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be navigating anxiety, relationship stress, family dynamics, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring what is most important to you at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate intern at Solace & Sol Therapy, practicing under clinical supervision. My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted rather than judged or told what to do. I also draw from existential and other evidence-informed approaches based on your needs and goals. In sessions, I use curiosity, reflection, validation, and thoughtful questions to help you recognize patterns, explore difficult experiences, and develop a clearer understanding of yourself. I see therapy as a collaborative process: you bring expertise on your own life, and I bring support, perspective, and clinical training. Whether you come in with a specific concern or simply know that something needs to change, we can work together to better understand what is happening and identify meaningful steps forward.
