About My Clients
I see all sorts of clients, but I do specialize in therapy for athletes; I am less performance psychologist and more a former jock who really gets what it's like, both the challenges and the strengths of being an athlete. I connect quickly with people who are both very smart and very sensitive. A lot of these people are creatives/artists, overachievers, leaders in their fields, and new dads. I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, poly-and kink-supporting.

I am here because therapy is a uniquely powerful tool for healing and growth. We all deserve to live a healthy, productive life! My goal for any client or couple is to meet you exactly where you are to move forward with strength and authenticity. No matter how depressed, discouraged, anxious, or confused you might be I believe in your ability to know yourself, heal yourself, and grow yourself. I support your ability to tune into yourself to live more authentically, to figure yourself out and have richer, deeper relationships. I am passionate about working with athletes- current (elite HS through professionals) and former athletes. A lot of really smart, successful people have a really hard time in their personal lives. As a recovering overachiever who went to fancy schools and excelled (well, mostly) at sports, I know what it is like to live being valued only by your external achievements, and how that can also hinder your growth and ability to form deep relationships.
