My Background and Approach
I am a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy practitioner. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life whom have had adverse childhood experiences in varies settings, including residential facilities, in-home therapy, in-office therapy and now offering online services. My approach is strength based, goal oriented, and integrative. I help individuals restore themselves through a variety of challenges including depression, anger management, parenting challenges, relationships, sexuality, and self-esteem.
