About My Clients
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to provide a supportive and grounded safe space. I specialize in working with young adults as they navigate challenges, life transitions, and identity development. For me, the most central part of therapy is building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I also working with adults supporting them through life's ups and downs.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered. My role is to listen, offer support, and collaborate with you in a nonjudgmental way as you work toward healthier relationships with yourself and others. I also integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and experiential approaches to meet each client’s needs. I am completing my PhD and stay updated on current research to support mental health.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of my sessions are conducted through Telehealth. I accept private-pay clients at a rate of $140 per session. I offer weekend availability. I work at Zealous Therapy under my supervisor Erik Erickson, LCSW. Please call Zealous Therapy at (707) 941-0082
