My Background and Approach
My therapy approach is tailored to each individual client. I primarily use skills and techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral skills, EMDR, and Values Based therapies. I believe that once we understand the "why" behind what we do, we can change the "what" and create new patterns and outcomes. I am not here to tell you "why" or "what", but to facilitate a space where you feel safe enough to discover these things and feel empowered to be your true self.
