My Background and Approach
Imagine not having to go through life everyday feeling worry or dread about an event triggering negative emotions, knowing that you have the skills to handle it. I use a variety of treatments to help clients achieve that goal I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
