About My Clients
You may feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of who you are beneath the expectations and experiences that have shaped you. I offer a warm, culturally responsive, LGBTQ+-affirming space where you can speak openly, make sense of your experiences, and understand recurring patterns. Together, we can explore trauma, identity, relationships, intimacy, culture, spirituality, and belonging—at a pace that feels right for you.
My Background and Approach
am a Licensed Master Social Worker offering online psychotherapy to adults throughout New York. My work centers on trauma, identity, relationships, culture, sexuality, spirituality, belonging, and inherited family patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and LGBTQ+-affirming. I understand that your experiences do not exist separately from your family, culture, community, faith, relationships, or the expectations placed upon you. Rather than assuming I already know what your experience means, I remain curious about how you understand yourself and your world. Therapy with me is a space to speak openly, recognize patterns with compassion, and better understand what has shaped you. We work together at your pace, helping you develop greater clarity, self-trust, and a more connected relationship with yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people deserve a space where they can be honest without being judged, rushed, or reduced to a diagnosis. Every person carries a unique story shaped by relationships, culture, family, identity, faith, community, and lived experience. I value curiosity, compassion, authenticity, cultural humility, and respect for each person’s right to define themselves. I affirm LGBTQ+ identities and welcome people across cultures, religions, spiritual traditions, and life experiences. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. Therapy can begin with feeling lost, uncertain, or simply knowing that something no longer feels right.
