About My Clients
I work with individuals across the lifespan, from children to seniors, including those with developmental disabilities and chronic medical conditions. My ideal client is someone facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, mood disorders, or substance use issues, and seeking holistic, compassionate care. I’m passionate about working with diverse populations and providing personalized treatment that addresses both mental and physical health.
My Background and Approach
With over 10 years of nursing experience, I am dual-certified in both Family and Psychiatric Mental Health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health from Purdue Global University and a Master's in Family Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. I’ve worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient clinics, and specialize in treating mental health and chronic medical conditions. My experience also includes working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, offering comprehensive, integrative care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in providing care that is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and collaboration. I value the holistic connection between mental and physical health and am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for those seeking help. I’m passionate about teaching and mentoring, aiming to not only improve patient outcomes but also empower individuals to take an active role in their wellness journey. I’m also an advocate for mental health awareness and education, believing that everyone deserves compassionate care that addresses the whole person.
