I am positioned to serve individuals of diverse backgrounds who are open to establishing a therapeutic relationship and are motivated to engage collaboratively in their mental health journey. I work best with clients who are eager to take an active role in improving their well-being through open communication, shared goals, & mutual trust. I'm committed to helping individuals with disorders: depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, opioid use other mental health/wellness issues.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rutgers University and completed my Family Nurse Practitioner Residency training at Henry J. Austin Health Center. Additionally, I hold a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Wilkes University. People trust my expertise because I consistently ensure positive and lasting health outcomes through high-quality care. During consultations, I listen carefully to my patients' concerns, explain their conditions, and help them select an appropriate treatment plan. I provide patient-centered, trauma-informed care, using an evidence-based approach to help achieve the best treatment outcomes. Treatment plans may include medication and therapy techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing. I believe in establishing partnerships with my patients to maintain and improve lifelong health. My goal is to create a safe and open environment that fosters trust, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs.
