I'm not a blank slate. I thrive on making connections with others and being genuine with those who are exposing their most vulnerable selves to me. Let me be that space you take up without guilt. I am licensed to see clients in NY and NJ. I acceptance insurance and provide out-of-network receipts for reimbursement.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working in mental health with most of my training taking place in a hospital setting. This has given me the threshold to talk topics that others think are taboo without running away. I use a combination of CBT and Psychodynamic frameworks to explore root causes of your thinking and behaviors, and then implement real time skills to tackle present day challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have been serving the most vulnerable populations of New York City for the past 10 years. This has given me perspectives I would otherwise never experience.
