About My Clients
I work with LGBTQ+ adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and feel at home in their own lives. My approach is warm, affirming, and grounded in authenticity. Together we explore patterns, emotions, and the mind-body connection to create real, sustainable change. You’ll find honesty, compassion, and space to be fully yourself here.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington with a background in integrative, insight-oriented therapy. My work draws from CBT, ACT, and somatic approaches to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and body responses shape daily life. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, identity development, and relational patterns. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and supported as they reconnect with authenticity and move toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community and deeply value authenticity, equality, and social justice. My work is grounded in compassion and advocacy. I believe therapy can be both a place of healing and empowerment. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces where people of all identities feel seen, supported, and safe to grow. My commitment to this work is both personal and professional, it’s one of the reasons I became a counselor.
