My ideal clients are children/adolescents & adults dealing with various emotional and behavioral difficulties, including anxiety, depression, & challenges in social interactions or coping with significant life changes like loss. All individuals need a nurturing and safe space where they can express themselves freely. Through attachment and trauma therapy & other therapeutic approaches, my goal is to help them develop essential coping skills, build inner strength, & enhance emotional regulation.
