About My Clients
Hello there, and welcome to my small space on the internet. I am so glad you found me! My name is Abigail. I am an LPC-Associate and an art therapist. I love my work with kiddos, teens, and adults. My background includes specialization among populations dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I grew up always loving art and the power it had to calm me and transport me beyond time. This love for art led me to the completion of my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy via an online program. I am so grateful for the way my online program prepared me to facilitate art therapy through a virtual platform. I use art in therapy to help access thoughts and feelings that are hard to put into words. Seeing a tangible interpretation of what has been circulating inside you can be such a freeing experience, and I would love the chance to show you.
