About My Clients

Abigail specializes in treatment for neurogenic conditions such as Parkinson’s, Aphasia, and Dementia. Abigail treats speech and language across the lifespan, providing in-home and virtual treatment.

My Background and Approach

Abigail holds an MA in Speech Language Pathology from University of Massachusetts Amherst, an SM in Science Writing from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BA in Poetry from Columbia College Chicago. She is nationally-certified by the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA), and licensed in the state of Massachusetts. Abigail holds a special certification in Supportive Communication for Aphasia.

Abigail believes that effective speech therapy considers the whole person, in their environment, with the people in their lives. Abigail works closely with patients, their families, and their communities to develop personalized treatment plans.
