I’ve utilized key CBT methods such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and exposure therapy to help individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By employing techniques like thought records, activity scheduling, and graded exposure tasks, I work with clients to develop practical coping strategies and improve their emotional well-being.

My expertise lies in providing information and guidance on various topics, including anxiety and therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a widely used therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety. These interventions I use are tailored to address specific challenges individuals with ASD may face, such as communication difficulties, social skills deficits, and repetitive behaviors.
