About My Clients
I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds—including students, LGBTQ+ communities, older adult veterans, unhoused individuals, youth in the juvenile system, incarcerated adults, and people navigating major life transitions. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, identity exploration, life transitions, and the lingering impact of difficult life experiences.
My Background and Approach
I support clients navigating anxiety, stress, and feelings of being stuck by exploring the thoughts and pressures that hold you back. I also help with identity exploration, guiding you through questions of who you are and where you belong. Together, we navigate life transitions, including shifts in relationships, career, or sense of self. I provide a safe space for healing from difficult experiences, helping you process past wounds and build emotional resilience. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in cultural humility. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic work, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. Clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative—sessions often feel like real conversations where you can be fully yourself and feel supported in your growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation queer Latina, I understand how layered identity, belonging, and resilience can be. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally affirming. I believe therapy is a space where you can be your full self, without judgment, and explore what’s holding you back so you can move toward the life you want. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more confident in your ability to create meaningful change.
