Everyone deserves to thrive but often barriers related to identity, early life experiences, or trauma can make it challenging. I am influenced by adult developmental psychology and strive to help individuals and couples recognize how they make sense of their lives, their past, and the barriers to living the life they want. Most people can learn to flourish as they build self-knowledge and shift thinking patterns. My practice is person-centered, drawing on tools from a variety of modalities, such as coaching, yoga, meditation, CBT, and narrative therapy.
I hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership Psychology from William James College in Newton, MA, and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. I am originally from the United Kingdom where I completed my Bachelors in Psychology at Lancaster University. I am a Certified Hogan Assessment Practitioner and have completed coach training with Cultivating Leadership and Coaches Rising.
