Whether you are a child struggling with school-related anxiety, a teen navigating a change-filled year, or an adult going through the daily challenges of life, I work with clients to address your unique needs. I strive to offer comfort where people of all ages can explore their emotions, confront their fears, and find effective coping strategies. My approach is rooted in empathy, fun, and a commitment to empowering clients to regain control over their lives.
My Background and Approach
I specifically enjoy working with high school age girls and young women with anxiety, trauma, and depression. I am also currently PhD Student at Belmont University working towards a degree in Advanced Clinical Practice. My educational goal is to continue advancing my clinical skills to keep up with our world that is constantly changing. As a former college athlete, my personal research interests are in depression, anxiety, and perfectionism seen in athletes.
