My Background and Approach: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally sensitive. I integrate CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies, and multicultural perspectives to support your emotional well-being. I am practical and collaborative. I will teach you effective tools and techniques that help calm your body, regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, and build confidence—skills you can use anytime, anywhere. Together, we’ll understand what’s happening in your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system so you can gain control and feel more grounded. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal and thrive.

I believe in compassion, cultural respect, and the power of community. As a Black, multicultural therapist, I value inclusivity and creating spaces where people feel seen, validated, and understood. I am passionate about mental health advocacy and empowering underserved communities. I bring empathy, authenticity, and cultural humility into every session. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy reading, community service, cultural events, and spending time with my family. My personal values—kindness, growth, and resilience—guide both my life and my work with clients.
