About My Clients
You may look like you're holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted on the inside. Maybe you're constantly overthinking conversations, struggling with self-doubt, or finding it difficult to set boundaries in relationships. These situations are part of the human experience, and when these start to take over day-to-day life, that can feel consuming: you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques. This means I seek to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Together, we will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and experiences influence your behaviors and relationships, while also identifying your strengths and values to guide growth and change. I tailor my support to each client’s unique needs, helping them develop healthy coping skills, build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and learn how to navigate difficult emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as your authentic self and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely understood rather than judged or 'fixed.' If you are looking for a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your experiences and feel genuinely heard, I'd love to connect! I'm happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation call to answer questions and help you determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
